BAM accelerates sales at the end of 2024, organizing “BAM’s Hottest Installment Promotion of the Year: Buy Property and Pay in 0%-interest Installments for 2 Years” campaign to assist customers. More than 10,000 items have been put up for sale, including single-detached houses, townhouses, condominiums, commercial buildings and vacant land, from today until December 30, 2025.
Mr. Bundit Anantamongkol, Chief Executive Officer of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited (BAM) said: “The real estate market, especially for housing, is currently facing continuous challenges from the slow recovery of purchasing power, which has pressured the housing market to slow down. The pressure derives from the economy of which the cost of living, expenses, and household debts are still high. Interest rates and strictness in lending by financial institutions also put pressure on the recovery of the housing market, especially of the low-income group, most of whom are still delaying their purchases as there is the imbalance of purchasing power and rising house prices, compared to their income. This makes buying a house more difficult for professionals.”
Mr. Anantamongkol added: “Because of the factors affecting the housing market, BAM has organized a campaign under the name “BAM’s Hottest Installment Promotion of the Year: Buy Property and Pay in 0%-interest Installments for 2 Years” from today until December 30, 2025. The installment sale promotion helps customers who want to buy a property but still have a limited budget or income or are unable to access financial institution loans. BAM has selected single-detached houses, townhouses, condominiums, commercial buildings, and vacant land in Bangkok, its vicinity, and other provinces nationwide, totaling more than 10,000 items, for customers to choose, with a selling price not exceeding 5 million baht and 0%-interest installments for 2 years, the 3rd year with an interest rate of MRR-2.5%, and the 4th year onwards with an interest rate of MRR-BAM throughout the contract. Also, for customers who pay off their accounts within 3 years, get a 10% discount from the selling price while those paying off their accounts within 5 years, get a 5% discount from the selling price.”
Currently, BAM has a variety of residential properties or property types with a selling price not exceeding 5 million baht, including 5,000 items of single-detached houses, 3,000 items of townhouses, 3,000 items of condominiums, 1,000 items of commercial buildings, and more than 3,000 plots of vacant land, such as:
- 2-storey single-detached house in Private Village project, with an area of 42.00 sq. wah, located in Khan Na Yao District, Bangkok - selling price of 3,885,000 baht
- 2-storey single-detached house in Phufah Garden Home 4 project, with an area of 52.50 sq. wah, located in Saraphi District, Chiang Mai Province - selling price of 4,410,000 baht
- 1-storey single-detached house in Rung Ruang Village 8 project (Ban Chang), with an area of 39.80 sq. wah, located in Mueang Udon Thani District, Udon Thani Province - selling price of 3,255,000 baht
- 3-storey townhouse, Si Pracha Villa project, area 25.00 sq. wah, located in Taling Chan District, Bangkok - selling price of 2,085,000 baht
- Supalai Park Ratchayothin condominium unit, with an area of 49.40 sq. m., located in Chatuchak District, Bangkok - selling price of 2,801,000 THB
- 3.5-storey commercial building, with an area of 21.00 sq. wah, located in Mueang Samut Prakan District, Samut Prakan Province - selling price of 2,940,000 THB
- Vacant land on Khok Tum-Manao Wan Road, with an area of 12 rai, 1 ngan, and 71.60 sq. wah, located in Mueang Lop Buri District, Lop Buri Province - selling price of 3,394,000 THB
