BAM organizes "Condos from (Awesome) Leading Brands with Installment Promotions from BAM", offering condos from leading developers and installment plans with special interest rates from BAM.

       Mr. Bundit Anantamongkol, Chief Executive Officer of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited (BAM) said: “BAM is organizing the campaign ‘Condos from (Awesome) Leading Brands with Installment Promotions from BAM’ by selecting condos of well-known developers with good locations, priced at Baht 1.0 - 3.0 million, totaling more than 1,000 items, both in Bangkok and its surrounding area as well as other provinces. Those who purchase any NPAs from this campaign will be eligible to participate in installment payment promotions provided by BAM, facilitating the purchase by customers with limited budgets or by those having trouble accessing loans from a financial institution. Purchasers can apply for BAM’s installment payment program, with an interest rate of MRR minus 3% for 12 months and installment payments of Baht 6,500 per month, followed by an interest rate of MRR-BAM to be charged until the contract expires (maximum contract period of not more than 20 years).”

       For customers who purchase a condo and transfer ownership right within 30 days from the date of sale approval, they will be exempted from paying ownership right transfer fee up to Baht 900,000 and receive BAM 25th anniversary gift set, along with an electric food warmer for any purchased item. For customers who purchase any property worth 1 million or more will receive an additional “3-layer electric steamer” from Finext. In addition, for this campaign, BAM has joined hands with Beaverman, a platform for searching for quality contractors with comprehensive design and construction services, who offers special privileges for customers purchasing BAM property in design sketching, special-rate fees for inspection to evaluate the work site as well as a free BOQ (only for specific properties).

       In the case of customers wishing to make an outright purchase by cash or loans from financial institutions, BAM has collaborated with many financial institution partners such as Bangkok Bank, UOB Bank, and Government Housing Bank who offer loans with special conditions. Customers will additionally receive discounts for purchase of special-price properties, especially condos with a selling price of no more than Baht 500,000 which will come with an additional 10% discount while condos with a selling price of Baht 500,000 to Baht 1 million will come with an additional discount of Baht 20,000. This offer is only for condos selected for the campaign. In addition, on the occasion of the company’s 25th anniversary, BAM has organized a lucky draw campaign and will award prizes to lucky customers who purchase BAM’s assets and complete transfer of ownership right within 2024. The prizes which represent a total value of more than Baht 6.5 million consist of: a detached house in Nanthana Village 2, San Sai District, Chiang Mai Province; a Tesla electric car, a townhouse in Pom Prakan Village, Phra Samut Chedi District, Samut Prakan Province; and a plot of vacant land in Ayutthaya Wang Thong Project, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.
