        BAM has selected more than 4,000 items of properties nationwide, offering discounts of up to 50%, for customers to purchase through online platforms from today until November 30, 2023. The campaign comes with the promotion "transfer fee waiver” of up to 900,000 baht per item and a gift voucher worth up to 100,000 baht. For purchase of any property valued at 500,000 baht or above, customers will receive a premium giftset “FINEXT BY DOHOME” with a total value of more than 3,000 baht. Customers making a purchase are eligible to receive special interest rates from Bangkok Bank or opt to apply for a special loan from their selected bank online through www.Refinn.com. For this occasion, BAM also provides free consultation on property improvements, additions, and repairs, cost estimates, and a comprehensive list of contractors.
