      BAM organizes a campaign for Thai heroes, “BAM for Thai Heroes”, as a thank you expression to customers who are medical personnel, educators, police, soldiers, and volunteers nationwide from today to December 30, 2023. The company has selected and put up for sale over 1,500 quality properties in good locations, including houses, land, condos, and real estate for investment, with on-top discounts of up to 30% and other privileges from the promotion "Discounts, Rewards, and Lucky Draws".

        Discounts

      In the case where a customer purchases in cash and transfer ownership right within 30 days from the date of sale approval, the customer will be entitled to the promotion ‘transfer fee waiver’ with a transfer fee waiver of up to 900,000 baht per property and a gift voucher worth up to 100,000 baht.
