BAM offers annual big discounts for houses, land, and condos, open to reservations nationwide on 25 October, 2022.

        BAM actively sells assets to finish off sales for the year 2022 by organizing an event to offer big discounts "BAM SUPER GRAND SALE" of which more than 1,600 special price properties nationwide are put up for sale, including houses, land, and condos with discounts of up to 70%. Customers who are interested to buy these special price properties must transfer the right of ownership within 30 days only, and they will be provided with the free transfer fee promotion worth up to 900,000 baht/transaction from October 25 to November 25, 2022.

        Mr. Bundit Anantamongkol, the CEO of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited (BAM) said: “For the last quarter of the year 2022, BAM has organized a real estate sale event of the year with big discounts offered under the name "BAM SUPER GRAND SALE" during October 25 - November 25, 2022. The event offers discounts for more than 1,600 special price properties across the country. Besides 1,600 items mentioned, BAM has also prepared to select other assets for sale and reduce their prices. The assets for sale include houses, plots of land, condominiums, and commercial buildings with discounts up to 70%. Customers who would like to buy these properties must transfer the right of ownership within 30 days only to get a free transfer fee promotion worth up to 900,000 baht/transaction.”

        Mr. Anantamongkol added: “Examples of special price properties that have been put up for sales with discounts include: a detached house in Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province, with a reduction in the initial selling price of 4,400,000 baht and the special price of 3,900,000 baht to the new price of only 3,510,000 baht; a condominium in Phaya Thai District, Bangkok, with a reduction in the initial selling price of 5,387,000 baht and the special price of 4,500,000 baht to the new price of only 4,275,000 baht; a commercial building in Bueng Kum District, Bangkok, with a reduction in the initial selling price of 5,280,000 baht and the special price of 4,500,000 baht to the new price of only 4,050,000 baht; and a plot of land in Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province, with a reduction in the initial selling price of 30,683,000 baht and the special price of 21,500,000 baht to the new price of only 20,425,000 baht.”       

        Mr. Anantamongkol reaffirmed: “For the specially-discounted properties, customers must make an offer to purchase between October 25 – November 25, 2022 only. This offer is on a first come, first served basis. This is a sale event that beats all other promotions as prices have been reduced from existing special prices. It is a discount over a discount. BAM will enable customers to view the properties on the BAM website from October 25, 2022 at 12.00 pm onwards.”
