BAM joins forces with Design Connext and Baania to expand the network of comprehensive real estate development businesses

     BAM, Thailand’s leading AMC, is expanding the network of real estate development businesses by collaborating with Design Connext, a platform of skilled architects incubated by Nexter Incubator, which supports homeowners to build and renovate homes as they wish, and with Baania, Thailand’s first and leading real estate big data platform to together strengthen businesses, grow opportunities, and sustainably increase revenues.

     Mr. Bundit Anantamongkol, the CEO of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited or BAM, stated: “BAM has an objective to strengthen a network of partners to continuously improve our NPAs sale and management system which will lead to more business opportunities and allow us to increase revenues and grow sustainably. The collaboration will enable the three partners to exercise existing business strengths to comprehensively run our real estate businesses, with BAM as Thailand’s largest AMC owning various types of properties, such as detached houses, condos, townhouses, commercial buildings, and vacant land nationwide which totals 22,000 items worth more than 67 billion baht.”

     Mr. Anantamongkol further revealed: “Regarding the scope of the collaboration, Design Connext – Thailand’s largest platform which assembles over 2,500 architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and contractors – will offer both interior and exterior architecture services as well as providing details on renovation materials and expenses for BAM’s customers. Meanwhile, Baania – Thailand’s first tech company who has developed real estate big data – will support BAM in NPAs data analysis to categorize properties, appraise value, and analyze price trends, buyers’ interest, surrounding environments, and other data. This will benefit BAM in terms of marketing, sale, and investment analysis when acquiring NPAs from financial institutions.”

     Ms. Anchana Vallipakorn, the CEO of Baania (Thailand) Company Limited stated: “It is a pleasure to collaborate with BAM as we will be involved in BAM’s NPAs management with complete utilization of our big data, artificial intelligence, and Bestimate (an automated price appraisal system) in operational processes – from property selection to meet customer needs, appropriate pricing based on large data bases to automated price appraisal. We will use our intelligence platform to offer the right properties to customers as this will benefit BAM’s customers and act as a tool to reduce operational costs and time and to enhance employees’ capabilities.”

The platform has collected data and achievements of architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and contractors, which allows future homeowners to find a perfect match for them in terms of style, budget, and any personal preferences. For this collaboration, we work together to design and renovate BAM’s NPAs to add value and boost their salability. This also provides designers on any Design Connext platforms with opportunities to service. The collaboration, therefore, will strengthen the two partners.”

     Mrs. Buamas further added: “The collaboration between BAM and Design Connext will add value to BAM’s NPAs and enhance their salability.
