BAM penetrates the e-commerce market, organizing “BAM NPA in Online Marketplaces” which offers discounts of up to 50% and free transfer from August 1 to September 15, 2022

        BAM is accelerating sales by organizing “BAM NPA in Online Marketplaces” with over 2,000 selected special price properties up for sale nationwide as the company penetrates the e-commerce market; customers can receive discounts of up to 50% and enjoy the “Free Transfer” promotion worth up to 900,000 baht accompanied by a voucher of up to 100,000 baht, and customers who purchase a special price property priced below 1 million baht will receive an on-top discount of 20,000 baht from August 1 to September 15, 2022.

With such focus, we are organizing ‘BAM NPA in Online Marketplaces’ campaign for which over 2,000 items of special price properties have been selected for sale including detached houses, vacant land, condos, townhouses, commercial buildings, and investment properties from August 1 - September 15, 2022. Within the campaign period, customers can make an installment purchase for any property worth below 1 million baht. For a cash purchase, customers will be offered an on-top discount of 20,000 baht. If customers complete the right of ownership transfer for any residential properties within 30 days, BAM offers the “Free Transfer” promotion worth up to 900,000 baht accompanied by a voucher of up to 100,000 baht. Also, for any purchase (excluding an installment purchase) of special price properties promoted on any leading online platform, including BAM website, dotproperty, ddproperty, Baania, Kaidee, LivingInsider, baanfinder, terrabkk, Line Shopping, and Thailandpostmart, customers will receive a wireless security camera as a token.”

        “Moreover, customers who purchase any property with an approved selling price under 3 million baht can make a request for an installment purchase with BAM at 0% interest rate for 12 months and MLR BAM for the remainder of the agreement. BAM also arranges a special promotion for our retail investors. For a cash purchase of any two units and more, investors will receive a special discount and a voucher worth up to 50,000 baht. They can also make an installment purchase (6 months and below) for 2-3 units of any type of properties and can make an installment purchase (9 months and below) when buying 4 units and more, at BAM MLR interest rate. After a sales and purchase agreement is signed, investors can visit and renovate the purchased properties as they wish during the installment period,” stated Mr. Anantamongkol.
