BAM organizes “Four-Star Homes by BAM” campaign, putting properties up for sale with discounts of over 30% from June 15 – July 15, 2022

       BAM accelerates mid-year sales by organizing the “Four-Star Homes by BAM” campaign of which over 1,500 move-in ready properties nationwide have been selected and put up for sale from June 15 to July 15, 2022, with discounts of over 30%. Purchasers can benefit from the “Free Transfer” promotion and can receive vouchers worth up to 100,000 baht, plus an additional discount of 20,000 baht for a purchase of any special price item which costs under 1,000,000 baht.

       Mr. Bundit Anantamongkol, the CEO of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited or BAM, stated: “During the second half of 2022, the impact from the COVID-19 situation in Thailand would subside, and consumers would see gain in purchasing power. Therefore, BAM organizes a promotional campaign ‘Four-Star Homes by BAM’ from June 15 to July 15, 2022, to accelerate the sales of all types of properties for the second half of the year. The Company puts over 1,500 items of move-in ready properties up for sale, including detached houses, townhouses, commercial buildings, and condos from various locations nationwide to meet customers’ needs and to allow future homeowners to purchase good, quality special price assets and further renovate them as they wish. These items are for sale with discounts of up to 30% and with other additional promotions.”

       Mr. Anantamongkol further stated: “Customers who make an offer to purchase a property of any type with an approved selling price of no higher than 1 million baht during the campaign will receive an additional discount of 20,000 baht while those who purchase any residential property from BAM and make the right of ownership transfer within 30 days of the sale approval date will be exempted from the right of ownership transfer fee of up to 900,000 baht per property, along with a voucher worth up to 100,000 baht. Furthermore, for a purchase of a residential property priced more than 500,000 baht (excluding an installment purchase), customers will be gifted a ‘robotic vacuum cleaner’. Customers on a limited budget and unable to take out a loan from a financial institution can opt to apply for an installment plan with BAM of which the interest rates will be at 0% for the first 12 months and at BAM MLR for the remainder of the contract.”

       Mr. Anantamongkol also stated: “BAM also has the promotion ‘Best Benefits for Retail Investors’. Retail investors who make an outright purchase of more than two units of properties will enjoy a special discount and a gift voucher worth up to 50,000 baht. This group of customers can make an installment purchase (6 months and below) for 2-3 units of any type of properties and can make an installment purchase (9 months and below) when buying 4 units and more, at BAM MLR interest rate. After a sales and purchase agreement is signed, investors can visit and renovate the purchased properties as they wish during the installment period.”
