BAM organizes “Hot Price Condos for All by BAM”, offering monthly installments cheaper than renting, as low as 500 baht/month, or a super discount on an outright purchase

      BAM organizes “Hot Price Condos for All by BAM”, offering promotions during May 1-31, 2022. The Company has selected over 1,500 condominiums in Bangkok and its vicinity and other provinces and offers discounts as high as 60%. For an outright purchase, a buyer will enjoy a special discount while those who opt for an installment plan with BAM will not be required to put a down payment and will enjoy a 0% interest rate for 12 months – a monthly installment starting from only 500 to 2,500 baht/month.

      Mr. Bundit Anantamongkol, the CEO of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management PLC or BAM, stated: “BAM continues to focus on proactive marketing strategies. During May 1-31, 2022, BAM organizes a campaign called “Hot Price Condos for All by BAM” for which we have selected over 1,500 units of condos in good locations across Bangkok and its vicinity and other provinces. The selected items are put up for sale with discounts as high as 60%. For those who make an outright purchase, an additional discount will be offered – for a condo priced under 500,000 baht, customers will receive another 10% discount, and an additional 20,000-baht discount for a purchase of an item priced 500,000-1,000,000 baht. For customers who purchase and complete the right of ownership transfer within 30 days of the sale approval date, they will receive free right of ownership transfer worth up to 900,000 baht and a voucher of up to 100,000 baht. For any condo purchase, customers will be gifted ‘an electric lunch box with a temperature-controlled bag’.”

      Mr. Anantamongkol added: “Customers on a limited budget and unable to take out a loan from a financial institution can opt to apply for an installment plan with BAM of which the interest rate will be at 0% for the first 12 months, with a monthly installment starting from 500 to 2,500 baht per month. Meanwhile, a purchase made online at www.bam.co.th will come with a voucher worth up to 20,000 baht, and for a purchase on E-Commerce platforms – Shopee and Lazada – a customer will receive a discount code worth up to 20,000 baht.”
