BAM organizes “BAM Summer Sale” campaign, putting up over 2,000 NPAs for sale at special prices

          BAM is organizing “BAM Summer Sale” campaign between April 1-30, 2022, offering over 2,000 items of NPAs at special prices nationwide. The campaign’s promotions include “a free right of ownership transfer worth up to 900,000 baht and a gift voucher of up to 100,000 baht”. For any purchase, customers will receive a Hatari tower fan worth up to 2,000 baht. Customers who make an installment purchase will be given an interest rate of 0% for 12 months. Those who make their purchase online will receive a voucher worth up to 20,000 baht while a purchase through Shopee or Lazada will receive a discount code worth up to 20,000 baht.

          Mr. Bundit Anantamongkol, the CEO of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management PLC or BAM, stated: “For the second quarter of 2022, BAM has arranged the campaign ‘BAM Summer Sale’ to promote NPAs sale during the Songkran Festival. For which, the Company puts over 2,000 items of detached houses, plots of land, condos, townhouses, commercial buildings, properties for investment, and special-price NPAs for sale to customers nationwide. This campaign is set to take place from April 1 to April 30, 2022.”

          Mr. Anantamongkol added: “Customers requesting to purchase any NPAs with approved selling prices of 200,000 baht and above within April 2022 will receive a Hatari tower fan worth up to 2,000 baht. Other promotions include: a free right of ownership transfer worth up to 900,000 baht per item for any purchase made within 30 days of the sale approval date and a gift voucher worth up to 100,000 baht per purchase – for an item priced 100,000-499,000, receive a voucher of 1,000; for an item priced 500,000-999,999, receive a voucher of 2,000 baht; and for every 1-million-baht worth of an item, receive a voucher worth 5,000 baht.

          Mr. Anantamongkol further stated: “BAM has arranged a special promotion for customers who purchase properties online through BAM’s website. The customers will receive a voucher worth up to 20,000 baht. Those who make their purchase on e-commerce platforms – Shopee or Lazada – will receive a discount code worth up to 20,000 baht. For a property with an approved selling price of 200,000-500,000 baht, of 500,000-1,000,000 baht, of 1,000,000-1,500,000 baht, of 1,500,000-2,000,000 baht, and of over 2,000,000 baht, will receive a voucher or a discount code of 2,000 baht, 5,000 baht, 10,000 baht, 15,000 baht, and 20,000 baht respectively.”
