BAM organizes “Home, Land, and Condo Expo 2022” offering promotions and special prices, including a free right of ownership transfer and a voucher.

         BAM accelerates sales by organizing “Home, Land, and Condo Expo 2022” between March 1-31, 2022. The expo offers over 1,000 items of special price properties, such as detached houses, plots of land, condos, townhouses, and commercial buildings nationwide. Promotions offered during the expo include a free right of ownership transfer worth up to 900,000 baht and a voucher worth up to 100,000 baht. Customers who make an installment purchase will be given an interest rate of 0% for 12 months. Those who make their purchase online will receive a voucher worth up to 20,000 baht while a purchase through Shopee or Lazada will receive a discount code worth up to 20,000 baht.

         Mr. Bundit Anantamongkol, the CEO of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management PLC or BAM, stated: “BAM has plans to organize proactive promotional activities every quarter throughout 2022. During March 1-31, 2022, BAM holds ‘Home, Land, and Condo Expo 2022’ for which special price properties located nationwide including detached houses, plots of land, condos, townhouses, and commercial buildings of over 1,000 items are put up for sale to customers.”

         Mr. Anantamongkol added: “BAM has arranged special promotions for customers who purchase BAM’s NPAs and make their payment within 30 days of sale approval date. The customers will benefit from the ‘Free Transfer’ promotion as they will receive a free right of ownership transfer worth up to 900,000 baht per property, accompanied by a voucher worth up to 100,000 baht. For a property with an approved selling price of 100,000-499,999 baht, of 500,000-999,999 baht, and of every 1,000,000 baht, customers will receive a voucher worth 1,000 baht, 2,000 baht, and 5,000 baht respectively. Moreover, customers may apply for an installment purchase with an interest of 0% for 12 months and an MLR BAM for the remainder of their purchase agreement period. This applies to any type of properties with prices under 3 million baht.”

         Mr. Anantamongkol further stated: “BAM has arranged a special promotion for customers who purchase properties online through BAM’s website. The customers will receive a voucher worth up to 20,000 baht. Those who make their purchase on e-commerce platforms – Shopee or Lazada – will receive a discount code worth up to 20,000 baht. For a property with an approved selling price of 200,000-500,000 baht, of 500,000-1,000,000 baht, of 1,000,000-1,500,000 baht, of 1,500,000-2,000,000 baht, and of over 2,000,000 baht, will receive a voucher or a discount code of 2,000 baht, 5,000 baht, 10,000 baht, 15,000 baht, and 20,000 baht respectively.”
