BAM launches “Sweet Sale for the Month of Love” offering properties with 30% discount, plus “Triple Offer” campaign – a free right of ownership transfer, a voucher, and a heart-shaped gold pendant

         BAM arranged a special promotion to celebrate the Month of Love, “Sweet Sale for the Month of Love,” offering NPAs customers properties nationwide, including houses, land, condos, and properties for investment. Over 1,000 NPAs items in good locations have been selected for this event. Properties are put up for sale with a 30% discount, plus the “Triple Offer” campaign specifically for customers who make their payment within 30 days. The offer includes:

• An unrestricted right of ownership transfer worth up to 900,000 baht;
• A voucher worth up to 100,000 baht; and
• A heart-shaped golden pendant to celebrate the Month of Love.

         BAM offers an interest rate of 0% for 12 months for customers who make an installment purchase. The entire promotion lasts from February 14-28, 2022.

         Mr. Bundit Anantamongkol, the CEO of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management PLC or BAM stated: “For the year 2022, BAM has plans to organize promotional activities every quarter. For this promotion, over 1,000 NPAs items, including houses, land, condos, and properties for investment are put up for sale with up to 30% discount.”

         Mr. Anantamongkol added: “Customers who carry out the right of ownership transfer within 30 days of the sale approval date will benefit from the “Triple Offer” deal where they are eligible to receive 3 following promotions – Promotion 1: a free right of ownership transfer worth up to 900,000 baht per item; Promotion 2: a voucher worth up to 100,000 baht; and Promotion 3: a special heart-shaped gold pendant for the Month of Love, weighing up to 7.58 grams and worth up to 15,800 baht. Moreover, customers can make an installment purchase with an interest of 0% for 12 months and an MLR BAM for the remainder of their purchase agreement period. This applies to any type of properties with prices under 3 million baht.”    

         Customers who purchase a property with an approved selling price of 100,000-499,999 baht will receive a voucher worth 1,000 baht. Customers who purchase a property with an approved selling price of 500,000-999,999 baht will receive a voucher worth 2,000 baht. For every 1,000,000 baht of the approved selling price, customers will receive a voucher worth 5,000 baht. Moreover, for customers who purchase a property with an approved selling price of 500,000-2,000,000 baht, of over 2,000,000-5,000,000 baht, and of over 5,000,000, they will receive a heart-shaped gold pendant weighing around 1.89 grams worth up to 4,550 baht, a heart-shaped gold pendant weighing around 3.79 grams worth up to 8,300 baht, and a heart-shaped gold pendant weighing around 7.58 grams worth up to 15,800 baht respectively.
