BAM selects over 1,000 quality and move-in ready properties for Four-Star Homes by BAM campaign from 1-30 Nov 21

     BAM stimulates sales for the final quarter of 2021 by selecting over 1,000 residential units nationwide. The selected units will be put up for sale under “Four-Star Homes by BAM” campaign which aims at providing properties that meet buyers’ needs. The Company also offers promotions for purchases of any type of properties untill the end of November.

     Mr. Somporn Moonsrikaew, the President of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited or BAM, stated that for the final quarter of 2021, BAM has continued to organize several sales promotion campaigns for customers looking to purchase specially-priced quality residential units or those searching for affordable units that can be renovated as they wish. The Company has assigned a trustmark showing star classification for all properties to indicate their quality and conditions in order to help buyers make the right decision. The properties include detached houses, townhouses, commercial buildings, and condominium units nationwide. As for 4-star properties, over 1,000 units of houses have been renovated and made move-in ready. Meanwhile, 3-star properties include houses that have been preliminarily fixed, suiting buyers who wish to complete renovation on their own. These properties will be up for sale throughout November under the campaign “Four-Star Homes by BAM”.

Customers, who make an offer to purchase any residential units during the campaign (first 100 buyers) and thier purchase offers are approved, would receive a Lamptan Smart 360 Wifi CCTV camera or a camera from comparable brands. The details are as follows:

• For a property worth 100,000 – 1,000,000 baht, customers will receive one camera per property.
• For a property worth over 1,000,000 baht, customers will receive 2 cameras per property.
