BAM partners with LAZADA, organizing 10.10 promotion – BIG bonuses and discounts for NPA purchases.

     BAM partnered with LAZADA offering a 10.10 promotion, with which customers who purchase specially-priced NPAs from the LAZADA platform can enjoy big bonuses and discounts. The more they shop, the more benefits they will receive. Customers will be given a discount code worth as high as 10,000 baht, which can be used in purchasing any items on LAZADA. They will also be able to receive a free transfer fee worth up to 900,000 baht as well as a voucher valued up to 100,000 baht.

     Mr. Somporn Moonsrikaew, President of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited or BAM, revealed that for the last quarter of 2021, BAM would keep its focus on proactive marketing strategies through online channels. Regarding this, the Company partnered with LAZADA to organize a special campaign, “10.10 BAM x LAZADA BIG Bonus and Discounts,” for which BAM selected 95 well-conditioned NPA items worth around 300 million baht in total. These items include detached houses and townhouses priced over 1 million baht each. Customers can make their purchases from October 10 – November 11, 2021.

     Customers purchasing BAM e-Voucher from LAZADA between October 10 – November 11, 2021, will be eligible to purchase specially-priced NPAs and receive promotions as follows:
     1. BAM awards a LAZADA discount code worth up to 10,000 baht which can be used in buying any items on LAZADA:
          • For an NPA priced 1,000,000 – 2,000,000 baht, a buyer will receive a discount of 4,000 baht.
          • For an NPA priced over 2,000,000 – 3,000,000 baht, a buyer will receive a discount of 6,000 baht.
          • For an NPA priced over 3,000,000 – 4,000,000 baht, a buyer will receive a discount of 8,000 baht.
          • For an NPA priced over 4,000,000 baht, a buyer will receive a discount of 10,000 baht.
     2. Free transfer (transfer of ownership right within 30 days of sale approval date)
          • A free transfer fee of up to 900,000 baht per NPA item
          • A gift voucher worth up to 100,000 baht per NPA item (for any purchases made during the campaign)
          • For an NPA priced 100,000 – 499,999 baht, receive a gift voucher or a reward of 1,000 baht.
          • For an NPA priced 500,000 – 999,999 baht, receive a gift voucher or a reward of 2,000 baht.
          • For every 1,000,000 baht of an NPA’s price, receive a gift voucher or a reward of 5,000 baht.
