BAM organizes “Hot Price Condo for ALL” event offering affordable, move-in ready condo units at a starting monthly installment of 500 baht

     BAM organizes a "Hot Price Condo for All" event, offering special promotions of move-in ready condo units with a monthly installment cheaper than renting, starting at only 500 baht. Over 1,500 items from prime locations will be placed on Kaidee.com from today until October 31, 2021. Special promotions include a discount of up to 60%, an additional 20,000-baht discount for cash purchase, and a 0% interest rate for first 12 months for installment purchase. Purchasers who make a quick payment will receive a free transfer fee worth up to 900,000 and a gift voucher worth up to 100,000 baht.

     Mr. Somporn Moonsrikaew, President of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited (BAM) revealed that for the second half of 2021, BAM would continue to focus on aggressive marketing strategies through online platforms and organize "Hot Price Condo for All" event from today until October 31, 2021, under the notions that installments are cheaper than rental payments and that all units are move-in ready. Customers can virtually visit BAM condo units via www.kaidee.com and www.bam.co.th.

     BAM has selected more than 1,500 condominiums which are located in Bangkok and its vicinity and other provinces with a maximum discount of over 60% to sell to customers who have low income and limited budget or are unable to access credit sources from financial institutions. They can pay installments with BAM directly in order to purchase a residential unit, which normally may be rented approximately 1,500 - 3,000 baht/month.

     Customers (purchasing 1-2 units)
- No down payment
- Installment from 500-2,500 baht/month/unit (the first year)
- Installment period not exceeding 10 years
- Interest rate at 0% for the first 12 months
- Then, BAM’s MLR throughout the contract period
- Condo price under 500,000 baht/unit

     Retail investors (purchasing 3 units+)
- Down payment above 5%
- Installment from 500-2,500 baht/month/unit (the first year)
- Installment period not exceeding 10 years
- Interest rate at 0% for the first 12 months
- Then, BAM’s MLR throughout the contract period
- Condo price under 500,000 baht/unit

     Also, customers, who pay for all types of properties in cash during the event, will receive a maximum discount of 20,000 baht and customers who transfer the right of ownership within 30 days from the approval date will receive a free transfer fee of not more than 900,000 baht for each property and gift vouchers worth up to 100,000 baht for each property from Lotus, Big C, Home Pro, Index Living Mall, and SB Furniture.
