BAM holds “NPAs Sales Expo” event with special prices and promotions, on-top discounts, and free transfer fees as it penetrates e-commerce market

     BAM penetrates the e-commerce market, holding the “NPAs Sales Expo by BAM Mall” event with the theme “Visiting BAM’s properties for sales anywhere and anytime, 24/7”. BAM will market more than 800 selected properties through major online real estate platforms, including DDProperty.com, Baania.com, Kaidee.com, Dotproperty.co.th, Shopee.com, and BAM.co.th from August 15 – September 15 2021. Key promotions include special prices, on-top discounts, and free transfers. Customers who complete NPAs transfer within a specific period will be compensated with a transfer fee of up to 900,000 Baht and 100,000 Baht vouchers. In comparison, those who purchase NPAs via these six online platforms will receive up to 20,000 Baht on-top discounts.

Customers will visit BAM’s properties by browsing online platforms, including DDProperty.com, Baania.com, Kaidee.com, Dotproperty.co.th, Shopee.com, and Bam.co.th.

     Quality NPAs have been selected based on their economic potential, locations, and move-in ready conditions, with a wide range of asset categories, including single houses, townhouses, commercial buildings, condominiums, office buildings, and vacant plots of land to be offered nationwide. Our 810 NPAs, worth up to 3,775 million Baht, will be available through these channels with special prices.

     Customers, who make an offer to purchase any type of properties during August 15 - September 15, 2021 and transfer the right of ownership within 30 days from the sales approval date, will receive a free transfer of not more than 900,000 baht for each property and gift vouchers worth up to 100,000 baht for each property from Lotus, Big C, Home Pro, Index Living Mall, and SB Furniture.
