BAM puts a beautiful plot of land on Phahonyothin Road up for auction with a starting price of 1.5 billion baht

BAM boosts the sale of properties for the second half of 2019 by putting a beautiful, large plot of land up for auction. The plot has an area of 145-2-9 rai and is in an ideal location on Phahonyothin Road, Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province, with a starting price of 1.5 billion baht. Investors and those with interest in bidding for the plot can submit their offers on Friday, July 19, 2019 from 9.30 – 11.00 am at BAM’s headquarters.

 

Mr. Somporn Moonsrikaew, the President of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited or BAM stated that for the second half of 2019, the company continues to focus on its proactive policy on constantly boosting the sale of properties. It has selected large, highly-valued plots which have the capability and attract realty developers. At the moment, the company has prepared for an auction of a beautiful, nicely-located 145-2-9-rai plot of land on Phahonyothin Road, Bang Huai Wai Tai/Khlong Nueng Sub-district, Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province, with a starting price of 1.5 billion baht. Investors and those with interest in bidding for the plot can submit their offers on Friday, July 19, 2019, from 9.30 – 11.00 am at BAM’s headquarters on Surasak Road, Silom Sub-district, Bang Rak District, Bangkok, and can reach 02-6300-700 (Call Center) for further information.

 

The mentioned real estate consists of 3 attached plots of vacant land which form a rectangle. The property, with partially-filled land at street level, is situated next to a northward direction of Phahonyothin Road (km 35+200) and is 192 meters in width and 1,056 meters in length. The location is in the industrial and warehouse zone (purple zone) under land use control of Pathum Thani Province’s principal city plan. As the property attracts several people, the company decided to put it up for auction for transparency and justice.

 

The plot is situated on the main road with convenient transportation and basic public utilities. It is close to SRT Red Lines and in a commercial district, making it a suitable area for establishing a housing estate, a factory, and a warehouse; logistics; and so on. Also, the proposed starting price 1.5 million baht or 25,770 baht/square wah on average is considered attractive for investors and those who are interested due to higher prices of neighboring plots of land on both sides of Phahonyothin Road that range between 30,000 and 60,000 baht/square wah approximately.

 

However, regarding plans and management for the second half of the year, BAM has a policy on promoting the sale of properties by launching promotional activities and organizing booths at various exhibitions in Bangkok and other provinces regularly.
