BAM puts up for sale satisfactory, low-priced condo units, no down payment with a monthly installment as low as 1,000 baht and low interest rates

          BAM has launched the project “Condo Don Jai, Sabai Krapao from BAM" (Satisfactory, Pocket-friendly Condominium Units) from which the purchase price of units is lower than paying rent. Buyers are not required to make any down payment and will enjoy low monthly installment rates, starting from 1,000 - 4,000 baht per month for an installment period of 10 years. The interest rate MLR-3% (currently at 3.25%) will be applied to this scheme in order to help buyers with limited budget. With regard to the project, BAM selected more than 2,000 units of condominiums located in various zones, from which customers will be able to choose and buy the desired unit with discounts of up to 40%. Interested buyers can make their purchase from now until July 15, 2018.

          Mr. Somporn Moonsrikaew, the President of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited or BAM, revealed that from today until July 15, 2018, the company has put more than 2,000 units of 200 condominium projects up for sale under the project titled "Condo Don Jai, Sabai Krapao from BAM" for low-income buyers or those with limited budget. The prices of the units on sale are under 500,000 baht. Some examples of the units in Lat Phrao – Bang Kapi area include units in Chokchai 4 Pavilion project, with an area of 24.8 sq. m. and prices starting from 277,000 baht, units in Si Suwan Home Place 2 project, with an area of 26 sq. m. and prices starting from 315,000 baht, and units in Happy Land Residence 4 project, with an area of 25.47 sq. m. and prices starting from 351,000 baht.

          Some of the units on sale in Samut Prakan Province include units in Khusang Condo Ville project, with an area of 23.25 sq. m. and prices starting from 128,000 baht, units in Sinmankhong Condominium project, with an area of 29.06 sq. m. and prices starting from 160,000 baht, units in Suphalak Condominium project, with an area of 24.85 sq. m. and prices starting from 207,000 baht, and units in Kheha Bangna - Trat project, with an area of 25.92 sq. m. and prices starting from 243,000 baht. There are also units in Nonthaburi Province such as units in Kret Fa Condo project, with an area of 30 sq. m. and prices starting from 182,000 baht, units in Ban Suan Tiwanon project, with areas ranging from 32.2 - 64.9 sq. m. and prices starting from 195,000 baht, and units in The Residence project, with areas ranging from 21.85 - 24.03 sq. m. and prices starting from 289,000 baht.

The installment payments will be approximately 1,000 - 4,000 baht/month, depending on the price of the condominium unit purchased, for an installment period of 10 years with the interest rate MLR-3% (first 3 years). In addition, this year, other properties with special prices from BAM can also be purchased using installment plan. Additionally, if customers made their purchase with cash or obtained a loan from other financial institutions for a condominium unit priced under 2 million baht (excluding properties with special prices), they would be exempted from the transfer of ownership fee.

          The "Condo Don Jai Sabai Krapao from BAM" is a project that supports individuals with limited budget or those who are unable to get access to loans from financial institutions in having their own residences as they may have already been paying rent of around 1,500 - 3,000 baht/month. The project focuses on particular groups, which consist of a group of current tenants living in respective projects, a group of freelance traders, a group of taxi and motorbike taxi drivers, a group of workers, and a group of employees, who earn 10,000 - 20,000 baht/month with the balance after deducting expenses of at least 3,000 - 4,000 baht.
