BAM has run the Home of Love campaign putting up more than 2,000 items of such properties as detached house, townhouse, and commercial building, located nationwide for sale. The total value is just over 6,000 million baht. The campaign lasts until the 15th of July 2017 and provides customers with special offer of free transfer fee for any purchase less than 2 million baht proceeding at any of BAM’s branches.
Mr. Somporn Moonsrikaew, BAM’s senior executive vice president, revealed that the company was delivering a promotional campaign known as Home of Love putting up 6,000 million baht worth of more than 2,000 items of residential properties such as detached house, twin house, townhouse, and commercial building for sale.

Mr. Somporn added that the company also offered free transfer fee for any purchase of residential properties (detached house, twin house, town house, and commercial building) made by July 15, 2017. The conditions are that the price must be less than 2 million baht and paid by cash or loan obtained from other financial institutions (discounted items not included).
Moreover, BAM has been supported by some financial institutions in terms of special deals. GSB agreed to offer residential loan with 4.50% fixed interest rate for 3 years; TMB offered 4.25% interest rate for 3 years, free asset inspection fee, free fire insurance, and free operating fee; UOB offered a starting installment plan of 5,800 baht/month; Bank of China offered 2.95% interest rate for the first 2 years; and SCB offered additional loan for repair or renovation.
