BAM introduces “Land for Savings” scheme

BAM is running the “Land of Visions” project during February 15 to March 15, 2017, offering more than 500 million baht worth of 300 attractive land plots located nationwide under the “Land for Savings” scheme. Customers are provided with free transfer fee when they purchase any vacant land plot worth no more 2 million baht. The event booth is held at Fashion Island department store, Ramindra, from February 23 to 26, 2017.

          Mr. Somporn Moonsrikaew, Senior Executive Vice President of BAM, revealed that during February 15 to March 15, 2017, BAM would be holding the Land of Visions project putting up several land plots located across the country for sale. There are more than 300 plots worth over 500 million baht offered in this “Land for Savings” scheme and each of them is priced less than 2 million baht. The company also ran an exhibition booth at Fashion Island, Ramindra, during February 23 to 26, 2017 for all interested customers.

          Selected properties are, for example, project Duliyathip, Phra Samut Chedi district, Samutprakarn, starting 18,000 baht/sq.wah; project Warocha 6, Bang Bor district, Samutprakarn, starting at 11,000 baht/sq.wah; project Lagoon 3, Sam Kok district, Pathum Thani, starting at 8,000 baht/sq.wah; project Sinthorn-Rungsit, Pathumthani, starting at 11,500 baht/sq.wah; Sriviang resort, Viangchai district, Chiangrai, starting at 1,890 baht/sq.wah; a plot near Yom river, Soong Men district, Prae, starting at 1,486 sq.wah.

          Project Baan Wangtong, Ayudhaya, starting at 9,500 baht/sq.wah; project Greenland, Kao Suan Kwang district, Khon Kaen, starting at 3,300 baht/sq.wah; project Siam Eastern Home, Rayong, starting at 4,950 baht/sq.wah; project Hua Hin Rim Tarn, Prachuab Khiri Khan, starting at 1,050 baht/sq.wah; project Chuladis, Singha Nakorn district, Songkla, starting at 3,000 baht/sq.wah; project Khao Yai Casa, starting at 14,300 baht/sq.wah; and Mountain View Khao Yai, starting at 10,000 baht/sq.wah.

          In addition, customers who are willing to pay cash or obtain less than 2 million baht worth of loan from financial institutions within the project period will be offered complimentary transfer fee. For those who choose to enter into installment plan will be provided with BAM’s MLR interest rate throughout the entire contract period.
