If customers pay by cash or obtain loan from other financial institutions with the price less than 2 million baht, they will be offered free transfer fee.
The Sabai Condo project is aimed to help those who have limited access to financial institutions to have their own residence, as they normally pay around 1,500-2,000 baht per month for rent. The target group is considered to be the tenants of the projects, the freelancers, the self-employed, the taxi drivers, the motorcycle services, and the white collars with the salary between 10,000-20,000 baht per month, or 3,000-4,000 baht of income. Mr. Somporn added that the development of infrastructure project, particularly the mass transit system, is the main factor that highly supports the development of residential project. The launch of purple line BTS and the Si Rat Expressway - Bangkok Outer Ring Road project urge the investment in real estate sector both inner-city condominium and housing project in suburb area. The demand in the market and the low interest rate still keep people interested in buying.
