BAM to join NPA & Resale Home 2016

          BAM is ready to put up more than 400 selected properties for sale, worth 3,800 million baht, at NPA and Resale Home 2016 offering free transfer fee to customers who make purchase for less than 2 million baht. The real estate market in the second half is still on track.

          Mr. Somporn Moonsrikaew, BAM Senior Executive Vice President, revealed BAM was going to attend NPA and Resale Home 2016 during October 18-21 at Zone C, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, offering more than 400 properties worth 3,800 million baht. They include land plots, allocated land plots, single house, townhouse, condominium, office building, and manufactory. Besides, customers who make purchase with the price less than 2 million baht by cash will be offered free transfer fee.

          The selected properties include Flora Ville Condominium Srinakarin, close to Hua Mak airport link station, starting from 33,000 baht per sq.m; Tepleela Condominium, Ramkamhaeng 43/1, Bangkapi, 24.53 sq.m, starting from 459,000 baht; Lumpini Ville, near Bearing BTS station, 26.17 sq.m, starting from 1,584,000 baht; The Residence Nonthaburi, 24.11 sq.m, starting from 376,000 baht.

          For 2-storey single houses, they are Perfect Place Nonthaburi, 60 sq.wah, starting from 4.4 million baht; Parichart Suwinthawong Project, 51.9 sq.wah, starting from 3.74 million baht; Mantana Prawet, 63.6 sq.wah, starting from 6.05 million baht, Lalin Greenville Saimai, 50.7 sq.wah, starting from 4.07 million baht; Pruklada, Bang Khun Tien, 55.9 sq.wah, starting from 4.4 milion baht; and Kritsada City and Lake, 115 sq.wah, starting from 6.05 million baht.

          Townhouses in the project include SIX NATURE Project, Phetkasem 69, 17.10 sq.wah, starting from 3.85 million baht; Monwadee, Bang Bua Tong, 990,000 baht; Seu Trong Village, 35.4 sq.wah, starting from 1.65 million baht; Suan Tong Villa, 83 sq.wah, starting from 1.54 million baht; and Benjawan Village, Samutsakorn, 20 sq.wah, from 1.65 million baht.

          There are also vacant land plots from several golf courses which are, for example, 5 plots from Pinehurst Golf and Country Club, Pathumthani, starting from 9,600 baht per sq.wah; 2 plots from Hua Hin Majestic Creek Country Club, starting from 1,000 baht per sq.wah; 4 plots from Pattaya Country Club, Chonburi, starting from 4,400 baht per sq.wah; and 9 plots from Sir James Country Golf Club, Saraburi, starting from 6,000 baht per sq.wah.

          Mr. Somporn added the development of infrastructure project, particularly the mass transit system, is the main factor that highly supports the investment of real estate projects both in residential and commercial. Most developers have become interested in building any project as close to the public transport as possible.
