BAM runs property events nationwide

As a celebration of Valentines’ day, BAM is conducting a Land of Visions project selling more than 400 vacant land plots, worth 2,500 million baht, during February 10-29, 2016. BAM begins the first phase with running a booth at Future Park Rungsit department store during February 10-14, 2016, offering complimentary transfer fee for customers buying land plots valued less than 2 million baht.

           Mr. Somporn Moonsrikaew, senior executive vice president of BAM, revealed that BAM is organizing a Land of Visions project selling over 400 vacant land plots worth 2,500 million baht. The first event has been being held at Future Park Rangsit from February 10 to 14, 2016.

           BAM has selected assets which are located in special economic zones and prime locations. There are, for example, Duliyathip project, Samutprakarn, starting at Bt9,400/sq.wah; Warocha 6, Samutprakarn, starting at Bt10,500/sq.wah; Baansuan resort, Pathumthani, starting at Bt4,500/sq.wah; K.C Garden Home, Minburi, Bangkok, starting at Bt7,500/sq.wah; Sinthorn-Rangsit, Pathumthani, starting at Bt11,500/sq.wah; Saransiri, Pathumthani, starting at Bt13,000/sq.wah; Khao Yai Casa, starting at Bt13,000/sq.wah; and Mountain View Khao Yai, starting at Bt10,000/sq.wah.

           Furthermore, customers who make a purchase of land plot priced less than 2 million baht by cash at the event or BAM’s offices during February 10-29, 2016 will be offered complimentary transfer fee. For those who attempt to enter an installment program for properties priced less than 2 million baht, they will be offered 0% interest rate for first 6 months and 6.5% MLR BAM afterwards. These promotions aim to help struggling customers to own an accommodation.
