BAM Joined Money Expo with 9.5 Billion Baht worth of Properties

            BAM has selected 3,000 good assets in great locations worth 9.5 billion baht to be sold in Money Expo 2014 with 20-30% discount. BAM offered the cheapest condominium units in the heart of the city on Silom road with the starting price of 4.5 million baht. If the customer buys asset cheaper than two million baht in the event, the transfer fee will be waived. 

            BAM’s President Mr.Krit Sesavej revealed that during 8-11 May 2014, BAM will join Money Expo 2014 at Challenger Hall 2-3, Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani. In this event BAM brought out 3,000 properties for sale worth 9.5 billion baht with 20-30% discount on those properties. The properties include vacant lands, allocated lands, detached houses, townhouses, condominium units, and factories.

            The properties for sale that BAM has selected for this even were from many prominent projects. State Tower Condominium which is the cheapest downtown condominium on Silom road near Saphan Taksin BTS station. It is close to entrance to toll way, Shangri-La Hotel and Assumption Bangrak School. The units in State Tower are 67-126 square meters with the staring price of 4.5 million baht. Floraville Condominium is a luxurious condominium near Hua Mak Airport Link station, Vibharam Hospital, and Pattanakan 51 road. The units are 80-409 square meters with the price starts from 37,000 baht/square meters. Anchan Suanluang Condominium units (in Soi On Nut 70/1 Onnut road) are 61.29-67.22 square meters with the price that starts from 15,500 baht/square meters. The Riverside Tower 2 Condominium Units in Yannawa is 198.99 square meters with the price that starts from 16,020,000 million baht. Lastly, President Park-Park View on Sukhumvit road Klongtoey has units with 223.08 square meters size with 12,699,000 baht staring price.

             Regarding 2-story detached houses, BAM has a house in Perfect Place Village on Rattanathibet road, Nonthaburi. The size of the property is 59.80 square wa. The price starts from 5,200,000 baht. In Sinthavee Garden 3 Village Anamaingam Charoen road, Bang Khuntien, BAM has a house the size of 54.3 square wa with 4,548,000 baht starting price. In Chaiyapruk Village Ramintra-Sukhapiban, BAM has a house which is 142 square wa with the starting price of 11,110,000 baht.

             Regarding investment property BAM has a project in Gardenhome Village which is a shopping plaza. The area is 3-0-59 rai. The price starts from 130,614,000 baht. In Saransiri Project, BAM has 797 plots of land of 301-2-22 rai. The price is 535,737,000 baht. Lastly, De Val Project which is a seminar center and vacant land the size of 225-3-75.9 rai with the price of 274,430,000 baht. There were many other properties that BAM brought to this event to sell. The selling target in this even was 200 million baht.

             BAM also had special promotion for customers who bought properties less than 2 million baht at the booth. The ownership transfer fee would be waived. Customers who bought properties for living purpose with BAM could apply for a housing loan with the interest rate of 4.5% for 3 years with the Government Saving Bank. Thai Military Bank offered 0% interest rate for 2 months. TMB also offered to waive the property survey fee and free fire insurance. Tisco offered 7-year fixed interest rate, 95% credit limit and free appraisal service.

             Moreover, BAM also held “BAM Condominium Expo 2014” from 1-31 May 2014 at the headquarters under the campaign of 3 Rights: “Right location, Right decision and Right timing”. This aimed at helping people with low income to have their own residence in low price, with good quality and in good location. The condominium units sold in condominium expo were in Bangkok and vicinities. There were 1,660 units and the price started from 100,000 baht only with many special promotions in this event as well.
