BAM launches Ake Siam project with minimum price at ฿1.2m

BAM makes a move on property market launching Ake Siam project near Mahidol University, Salaya campus. The project had been held at Central Salaya during September 1-7, 2015 offering detached houses, semi-detached houses, and townhouses with the price starting at 1.2 million baht. Properties located in Nakornpathom, Ratchaburi, and Supanburi province were on sale as well. Customers, who made a reservation at the booth with the purchasing price of less than 2 million baht, were granted a complimentary transfer fee.

           Mr.Sak Srisanan, Senior Executive Vice President of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Co.,Ltd. (BAM), revealed that the company had launched the Ake Siam project during September 1-7, 2015 at the 1st floor Central Plaza Salaya. The project offers over 40 ready-to-move-in houses including 2-storey detached houses starting at 2.66 million baht, 2-storey semi-detached houses starting at 2.1 million baht, and 2-storey townhouses starting at 1.2 million baht. All items are located on prime spot, near Mahidol University and Central Plaza Salaya, and entitled to easy access to transportations.

           Besides the mentioned items, BAM also offered selected properties which were located in Nakornpathom, Ratchaburi, and Supanburi province. Nakornpathom properties included a 7-1-90-rai factory at Pra-pratone Tumbol starting at 46.166 million baht, a 18-0-31-rai vacant land at Klong-Mai starting at 31.817 million baht, a 24-1-85-rai vacant land at Kampangsaen starting at 9.419 million baht, and a 1-3-91.20-rai vacant land at Sanarmchan starting at 21.578 million baht.

           Ratchaburi properties included a 14-1-37-rai factory at Baanpong starting at 77.172 million baht, a 13-3-84-rai land with buildings starting at 58.37 million baht, a 1-1-45.30- rai apartment at Baanpong starting at 18.878 million baht, a 53-3-89-rai vacant land at Potharam starting at 18.599 million baht, a 0-1-96.50-rai office building starting at 16.905 million baht.

           Supanburi properties include a 50-sq.wah detached house at Supanthani village project starting at 1.32 million baht, a 27.70-sq.wah townhouse starting at 677 thousand baht, a 68-sq.wah commercial building at Malai-man road starting at 2.42 million baht, a 43-1-82-rai vacant land starting at 5.737 million baht, and a 15-rai factory starting at 10.988 million baht.

           Moreover, BAM granted complimentary transfer fee to customers with the purchase price of less than 2 million baht (cash). The company together with other financial institutions also offered special deals. For example, the Government Savings Bank offered home loans with interest rate of 4.50% for 3 years, TMB bank offered 3.99% of interest rate for 3 years with complimentary appraisal fee and fire insurance. In case financial institutions did not approve loans for properties pricing less than 2 million baht, customers could request BAM for an installment program since its purpose was to help customers with limited access to loans. The interest rate was 0% for the first 6 months, after that it would refer to MLR BAM rate at 6.5% per year (as at September 1, 2015).
