BAM is boosting its sales in last quarter of 2013 by arranging the 2nd Real Estate Expo in 5 Locations then select great assets in good location such as houses, land, and condominiums for sales to customers. The special promotion of waiving transferring ownership fee also provided for customers who bought the assets with the price less than 3 million baht at the booth. Moreover, plenty of prizes from the 15th anniversary’s lucky draw also available for customers.
Mr. Krit Sesavej, the President of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Co., Ltd. (BAM), said that BAM still keep proactive policy for this last quarter. Thus, during October 7 – 13, 2013, BAM arranged the 2nd Real Estate Expo in 5 Locations by selecting great assets in Bangkok and territories; such as land, single houses, townhouses, condominium; for sales at 20 – 30% discount. The booths were arranged in 5 locations of Bangkok which were Fashion Island Ramindra, The Walk Ratchpruek, Secon Bangkae, and in two branches of BAM; Central Plaza Changwattana and Seacon Square Srinakarin.
There are several types of non-performing assets (NPA) selected by BAM, for example; Chonlatee Condominium, Changwattana-Pak Kred road, Nonthaburi, with the area of 31.48 square meters at price of 330,000 baht; Darat Condotown, Ngam Wongwan road, Nonthaburi, with the area of 38.54 square meters at price of 880,000 baht; Juldis River Mansion condominium with the area of 154.90 square meters at price of 7,445,000 baht; 2-storey standalone house in Laddarom project on Bang Bon 4 road, with the area of 118 square meters at price of 9,535,000 baht; 2-storey standalone house in Phet Kasem project on Phet Kasem road, Pasi Charoen, Bangkok, with the area of 120 square meters at price of 6,765,000 baht; etc. The sales target of this Expo was 200 million baht.
There are attractive promotions for customers who bought the assets from the booth in “Real Estate Expo in 5 Locations”, for example; waiving of transferring ownership fee when buying the assets of which price less than 3 million baht. Moreover, all other customers who bought the assets and transferred the ownership within December 15, 2013 would receive a coupon to get the prize from the 15th anniversary’s lucky draw, totally 99 prizes. There are various kinds of prizes, for example, cars, Korea touring packages, gold bar, and motorcycle, etc. In the same time, the customers who bought the residential property from BAM would be offered the fixed interest rate at 4.5% for 3 years from Government Saving Bank (GSB) with free asset evaluation fee and loan at 90% of assets’ value; loan from United Oversea Bank (UOB) with high credit limit and low installment amount for the first 2 years which started from 5,800 baht/month up to 30 years; and loan from Thai Military Bank (TMB) with 0% interest for 2 months, and waive for survey fee and fire insurance.
In August, 2013, BAM held sales promotion activity by arranging 25 booths in top department stores in 24 provinces. In Bangkok, BAM arranged a booth in NPA Grand Sale 2013 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). Total sales nationwide of 290 items were 927 million baht.
Mr. Krit also said that he had told regional branches and offices to go to the flooding area in many provinces for supporting the customers who got some troubles. They had to know customers’ problems caused by flooding and then sent the information to head quarter for evaluation and providing the support to BAM’s customers urgently. The company would consider for supporting the customers who got some troubles from such event individually.
