BAM ready for 33rd House and Condo show

At the 33rd House and Condo show, BAM offered more than 350 properties worth Bt3,500 million with the special deals including free transfer fee for property priced less than Bt2 million and Bt5,000-10,000 Tesco Lotus gift voucher for the first 20 customers.

            Mr. Somporn Moonsrikaew, Senior Executive Vice President of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Co.,Ltd. (BAM), revealed that BAM had attended the 33rd House and Condo show during October 8-11, 2015 held at Zone 4 Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The corporation offered more than 350 properties worth Bt3,500 million including detached houses, townhouses, commercial buildings, vacant lands, allocated lands, office buildings, and factories.

           The selected properties are:
           • A 1-2-25-rai Inn Come Suite Hotel at Ladprao road starting at Bt176.736 million
           • A 80-195-sq.m condominium at Flora Ville project at Srinakarin starting at Bt33,000 per sq.m
           • A 169.56-sq.m condominium at The Village project at Bangna-Trad road, Phra Ka-nhong, starting at Bt5.15 million
           • A 1-1-80-rai vacant land with buildings at Charoen-nakorn, Klongsan, starting at Bt44.9 million
           • A 264-sq.wah factory with residence starting at Bt10.7 million
           • A 223-3-21.9-rai De Val Resort and Sport Club project at Rangsit-Nakornnayok road starting at Bt272.10 million
           • A 212.66-sq.m office space at P.S. tower at Phra-kanong starting at Bt8.56 million
           • A 97.8-sq.wah house at Flora Ville village at Nong-jok starting at Bt3.85 million
           • A 111.9-sq.wah house at Kritsada City Lake and Park Village at Samut-prakarn starting at Bt7.15 million
           • A 63.6-sq.wah house at Manthana Village, Prawet district, starting at Bt5.83 million
           • A 57.4-sq.wah house at Silapakarn Park Village at Bangbuatong
           • A 85-sq.wah house at The Lagoon Village, Pathumthani, starting at Bt2.2 million

           Moreover, Mr. Somporn said BAM granted complimentary transfer fee to customers with the purchase price of less than Bt2 million (cash). Or else customers could request BAM for an installment program since its purpose was to help customers with limited access to loans. The interest rate was 0% for the first 6 months, after that it would refer to BAM’s MLR rate at 6.5% per year. Besides, the first 20 customers received a Bt5,000-10,000 worth of Tesco Lotus gift voucher. This campaign was only available for customers who made a reservation at the 33rd House and Condo show and complete a transfer within December 15, 2015.

           Moreover, BAM together with other financial institutions also offered special deals to customers buying residential asset. For example, UOB offered 0% down payment and 100% maximum of loan approval, while the Government Savings Bank offered home loans with fixed interest rate of 4.50% for 3 years, and TMB offered 3.99% interest rate for 3 years with complimentary appraisal fee and fire insurance.
